Certain loan programs which do not fit within the banks direct lending guidelines are managed through brokerage relationships established by the bank. 

In house funding programs include all “prime” agency eligible mortgage products such as FNMA, FHLMC, and “Jumbo” programs. In addition many sub-prime, Alt A, and emerging markets programs are available.
